Hello Future Members!

Bringing your amazing produce, talents and hobbies to share with the community is our goal at the Polk County Farmers Market! We encourage you to get started as soon as possible but first, please consider what will be expected of you. Below are the basic steps to sell with us at the Mena Farmers Market located at the Historic Train Depot. Please let us know if you have questions by filling out the contact section here.

How to Get Started

1. Please review rules and regulations for our Polk County Farmers Market at the Historic Train Depot here

2. Study the applicable rules and regulations for your produce and products published by the Arkansas Health Department here and any other Arkansas State Laws applicable to your products. If you have consumable goods other than fresh uncut fruits and vegetables, please make sure you read the laws and regulations about labeling. Its important you know what is required of you by law.

3. Fill out the Membership Application by downloading it here (if you prefer paper) or fill out the form below. If you print the form, please scan it and return it to us via email.

4. Payment for memberships can only be done in person. After filling out this form, pack up your goods and come see us at an open market! See the Market Manager first and pay your $25 then sell and get connected to the reason you do what you do!

I have read the Polk County Farmers Market Rules and The Farmers Market Vendor Guide published by the Arkansas Department of Health and Arkansas Agriculture Department. I agree to abide by the guidelines therein. I understand this form does not automaticly guarantee a membership or vending spot, it is an application. I understand I will recieve a confirmation email after approval from the Market Manager after payment. I understand I will be put on a waiting list if vending is not immediately available and notified in a reasonable timeframe of openings.
